The purchase of any tours and services offered by Rinjani Nomad constitutes a contractual arrangement between clients and Rinjani Nomad, and represents your acceptance of the Rinjani Nomad Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

BOOKINGS A PACKAGE/ SERVICE AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT
  1. Client can make the booking of any tour or services by phone, WhatsApp text/call, email, filling the online reservation form or do direct booking at Rinjani Nomad Basecamp. Note Rinjani Nomad doesn’t have Branch Offices or REPRESENTATIVES anywhere except the only one in Senaru Village.
  2. A booking is accepted when Rinjani Nomad has confirmed a tour availability.
  3. Rinjani Nomad will not take any responsibilities for the different price or information given by the agencies.
  4. Clients are required to provide personal detail (Valid Names and Passport Number, Nationality, Date of Birth, and Height/Weight Estimation) when making a booking. Rinjani Nomad is not responsible for invalid Names and Passport Number provided which may result the trekkers rejected when entering Rinjani National Park.
  5. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  6. Please ensure that your passports and visas are valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Indonesia. Rinjani Nomad doesn’t take responsibilities for any loss caused by the failure of the client enter the country.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT
  1. Reservation Deposit is required to make a booking. Due to limited trekking permits issued a day, clients are required to pay Deposit so that Rinjani Nomad can confirm the booking.
  2. Amount of Deposit required based on Package Types and Park Fees:
    • 2 Days 1 Night Trekking Package IDR 450.000 per person
    • 3 Days 2 Nights Trekking Package IDR 650.000 per person
    • 4 Days 3 Nights Trekking Package IDR 850.000 per person
    • Accommodation facilities require 1 night room charged non-refundable down payment
    • Boat/Flight ticket 100% full payment in advance required
  3. Bookings are not to be confirmed if failure to comply with the requirements.
  4. Reservation Deposit particularly for any trekking package is UNREFUNDABLE, this is subject to National Park Policy.
  5. Reservation fees for Hotel Reservation & Boat Ticket/Flight Fare subject to the companies’ policy.
  6. Full payment should to be paid upon arrival in our Basecamp and before commence a tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND
  1. Cancellation by Clients:
    • 100% Reservation Deposit of trekking package is unreturnable, this is subject to the Park Policy. Note Rinjani Nomad’s clients are NOT REQUIRED to PAY FULL THE TOTAL TOUR COST before arrival.
    • Cancellation of trekking tour made by clients upon arrival and before transfer to the starting point; refund amount should be calculated what is deemed to be a fair proportion of the tour cost; transportation, accommodation, goods and service tax, driver, guide and porter cancellation fees.
    • Rinjani Nomad applies no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any unused tour services including but not limited to transport, foods and drinks, accommodation or any other services.
  2. Cancellation Made By Rinjani National Park Authority:
    • Rinjani National Park Authority reserves the right to cancel all tours or mountaineering activities in the area of Rinjani National Park in any circumstances beyond our control or because Act of God, such as landslide, volcanic eruption, earthquake, fire, extreme weather, and riot with or without prior notice.
    • Rinjani Nomad has no responsibility for any compensation or other cost client should expense caused by the cancellation of the trip.

INSURANCE
Note Rinjani Nomad does not provide any travel insurance. Trek insurance is arranged by National Park Management which is inclusive in the permits’ fees. It is advisable to buy your own international travel insurance in your country for a wider coverage and protection.
